Beginning at 1:00 pm, Chef Glenys will demonstrate a recipe from a book she has hand-selected from the collection at Barbara-Jo’s Books to Cooks. In seven easy hours, learn talents like how to make and build the best pizza, how to harvest the boldest flavours from pumpkin and squash and how to perfect pies, savoury and sweet.
